State-of-the-art technology

A flexible facility, the studio has a wide variety of uses that it can be hired for and these include product launches, menu development, food and equipment demonstrations, wine tasting, contemporary meals, training, teambuilding, seminars and any culinary events.

The studio is fully equipped and includes programmable interactive mood lighting, Apple Mac computers providing access to the internet, data projector, PA system, CCTV, VHS/DVD playback and a multi-channel mixing desk and flat screen monitors.

Location

Situated near Beachy Head in Eastbourne the location of the Culinary Arts Studio is an hour and half from London in a quiet location near The Meads village. The School of Service Management has car parking facilities directly outside the facility and in the summer there are halls of residence for hire within easy walking distance.
Eastbourne boasts smart hotels and restaurants and has a picturesque seafront with stunning views throughout the year.
