Staff Information

Chris Dutton

Assistant Head of School Business and Marketing

Chris has been with the School of Service Management since 1995, prior to this, he spent 12 years gaining retail management experience with J. Sainsbury PLC which included a number of years as a Store Manager. Chris takes responsibility for the school business engagement and is responsible for a number of consultancy contracts in the food and culinary arts sector.

Ken Woodward

Senior Lecturer in Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management

Ken is a Senior Lecturer in Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management. He devised, planned and designed the Culinary Arts Studio and is at present working on a research project jointly with the Institut Polytechnique La Salle Beauvais and The Institute of Food Research, regarding innovative technical procedures to produce affordable meals with an enhanced nutritional value, whilst being microbiologically safe.
